gym

at the gym iwas working on my tricepts and bicepts.just worming them up then diid sum benching(chest press).My arms got sore but yea still keept going ,iwanna go gym again and do the same thing,next time to improve ill do 3 sets of 10 and move to another activity then go back till ifinish my sets.idiint really use my time wisley because icouldv done more and worked on my legs Ill work out harder next time and bring the right gym wear.
