Todays session was bettre then yesterdays one because iused my time wisely ,went for arun and on the bycicle ,got sore as quads and hams, woreked on my bicepts and tricept there sore atm ,ilernt how to do my tricepts way bettre and just work that muscle .iworked bettre because iworked on my legs aswell next time ijust gona stay on the saame routine, 3sets of ten run for 6;30 and on level 14.
