fitness centre

in the fitness centre i am going to do cardiovascular first ,and go for a 10 minute run then jump on the bike and bike for 6:30 minutes .After that im going to work on my arms but start with my 5 minutes tricepts ,and do a work out then do some bicepts curls for 10 minutes. after that imn going to work on my quadricepts for 5 minutes. then do any randome work for the rest of the time left.
