In the last 5 weeks ive learnt ,how to play crash rugby and 3 way soccer ,ive learnt about cardiovascular is about your heart rate how fast it ,and wat time it pumps.wqe went to the gym and tested all that buy running around walking around and skipping around.iaslso learnt about flexibility and if you dont strech before testing how long you flex you will find that streching first will be bettre because you will reach longer then before,
