5 weeks
In the last 5 weeks ive learnt ,how to play crash rugby and 3 way soccer ,ive learnt about cardiovascular is about your heart rate how fast it ,and wat time it pumps.wqe went to the gym and tested all that buy running around walking around and skipping around.iaslso learnt about flexibility and if you dont strech before testing how long you flex you will find that streching first will be bettre because you will reach longer then before,

fitness centre
in the fitness centre i am going to do cardiovascular first ,and go for a 10 minute run then jump on the bike and bike for 6:30 minutes .After that im going to work on my arms but start with my 5 minutes tricepts ,and do a work out then do some bicepts curls for 10 minutes. after that imn going to work on my quadricepts for 5 minutes. then do any randome work for the rest of the time left.

gym session
Todays session was bettre then yesterdays one because iused my time wisely ,went for arun and on the bycicle ,got sore as quads and hams, woreked on my bicepts and tricept there sore atm ,ilernt how to do my tricepts way bettre and just work that muscle .iworked bettre because iworked on my legs aswell next time ijust gona stay on the saame routine, 3sets of ten run for 6;30 and on level 14.

Today iam going to work out on my bicepts and tricepts again ,3 sets of 10 then work on my cardio and do a 10minute run or biking and yea thats it. 40 minutes on my upperbody and 10 on my cardio then another 10 on my shoulders . the man

thursdea
Todae went to the otara recentre and play this agillity test to work on our speed and test it at the same time.We diid a 10metre sprint for the fastest time ,but iforgot wat my time was,then diid a 20metre sprint mine time was 3 seconds and 10milliseconds haaha igot the fastest :L:L.

at the gym iwas working on my tricepts and bicepts.just worming them up then diid sum benching(chest press).My arms got sore but yea still keept going ,iwanna go gym again and do the same thing,next time to improve ill do 3 sets of 10 and move to another activity then go back till ifinish my sets.idiint really use my time wisley because icouldv done more and worked on my legs Ill work out harder next time and bring the right gym wear.

Team work is cooperative work done by a team.
Teamwork is a group that is capible to understand and recognize the strengths and abilities in a group setting and then making them to one final solution.Team work is important cz you would past team sports faster and you would have more oppitiunity to score in a rugby game or a team playing game and theres no I in TEAM ,okay greedy people who dont like to share tha ball
